5.4L 2-Valve Triton® V8
The 5.4L V8 engine's proven SOHC architecture pumps out 255 hp and 350 lb.-ft. of torque across a wide powerband. The engine features a silent-design cam drive for smooth, quiet operation, and a fail-safe cooling system and a 90,000-mile scheduled tune-up interval. And the 5.4L 2-Valve Triton® V8 is also a flex-fuel engine, meaning it's capable of running on E85, unleaded gasoline or a combination of the two.
