The 5.4L V8 engine's proven SOHC architecture pumps out 255 hp and 350 lb.-ft. of torque across a wide powerband. The engine features a silent-design cam drive for smooth, quiet operation, and a fail-safe cooling system. And the 5.4 L Triton V8 is a flexible fuel engine, meaning it's capable of running on E85, unleaded gasoline, or a combination of the two.
